Memberships and Packages

Our members come frequently to optimize their health and wellness –  studies show that to reach goals and maximize wellness efforts, consistent and regular IV treatments will provide the most effective results. Our memberships and packages offer the most savings for benefits and results that come with consistent treatments.

Yes, any credits that are not used will remain active in your account for three (3) months from the month they were earned.  After this period, the credits will expire.

Billing is monthly with an initial three (3) month commitment for the Basic and Premier IV Memberships, and  month-to-month for the Shot of Wellness Membership. If needed, we offer early  cancellation with a fee of $100.

All memberships paid monthly will renew automatically month-to-month. 

Contact Revive Wellness Therapies to cancel your membership plan. 

Members must notify us at revivernwellness@gmail.com at least 30 days before the next auto-pay,  using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change”  as the subject heading of the email. We will send a confirmation via  email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7)  business days of the change.

At the time of cancellation, you have  three (3) months to utilize any prepaid credits. 

Member benefits still apply  while any unused credits are active.

Yes, members can transfer paid credits. 

No, membership savings cannot be combined with any other offers or specials.
